06/06/2008 Vertex Creates Online Version of Popular Railroad Commission Energy Education Program
Vertex was selected by the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) to convert their popular high school Energy Education Curriculum from a CD-based product to an online course. The program has been built using Vertex Site Press® content management system, allowing Commission employees to edit and manage course content. Custom features added for this project include a vocabulary word management application and site export feature to assist in publishing the site to the RRC Web server with minimal effort. The site is scheduled to go live in July 2008, a full month before the expected completion date.
