Austin Regional Clinic has been working with Vertex since our last austinregionalclinic.com redesign in 2007 when we decided the project had become too big to handle in-house. We chose to work with vertex for their indepth knowledge of the most updated web technology , their understanding of the healthcare industry, and their reliable customer service. I am happy to say that they have not disappointed on any front. Today we are working on yet another redesign, implementing many new features and functionality that they have recommended or that we have requested that they develop sepcially for us. No matter our request, Vertex finds a way to provide what we need in the timeframe we need it.

I have worked with Vertex on quite a few different web development projects, and brought their help and expertise with me across several different companies I've worked for. I've used Vertex as both "staff augmentation" - where they would supply first-rate developers to help assist my in-house team, and as a stand-alone resource for internet/web development or ecommerce projects. I've often described Vertex as a "blue collar" style agency - where they are primarily focused on solving the problem at hand - getting into the nuts and bolts of really fixing the issue, not trying to "upsell" on adding the marketing or "SEO" projects of dubious value it seems every web agency is so apt to try and sell you on these days. Definitely recommended as a trusted and helpful resource that can grow and scale with your company's needs.

As the VP of IT for a cash logistics company we used Vertex to augment our current staff and work on various development projects. They demonstrated an amazing ability to deliver quickly and effectively in the midst of changing requirements, circumstances and varying project dynamics. They brought solutions to the table that fit our requirements and technologies, and with their 'can do' attitude, my projects are being handled by industry professionals who will make sure that it is done right the first time. Our firm specializes in placing top-ranked tech sales talent. When we needed a way for our website to communicate with our Bullhorn cloud-based CRM, we hired Vertex to create a WordPress plugin that would allow us to list jobs, let applicants submit resumes, and manage leads all via our CRM. Vertex learned the Bullhorn API and developed this plugin quickly and at a very reasonable cost, and even used responsive design to make the pages look good and work well on phones and iPads. First rate work at a reasonable price!

As a manager of digital product development at Harcourt publishing company (now HMH), I've partnered for many years with Vertex on a variety of projects. Many of the projects were extremely large lesson planner tools for teachers with a high level of complexity. Their work has always been of the highest quality, on schedule, and no after-delivery issues.
